Dr. Brian Duchscherer has 33 years of experience as a K-12 educator in North Dakota, with the last 20 years of his career as a school superintendent in Wishek and Carrington. He is a past president of the North Dakota Association of School Administrators and has held other state and community board positions. He holds an Ed.D. from the University of North Dakota in Educational Leadership.
Dr. Paul Stremick retired in 2019 after 31 years in education. He is a native North Dakotan and currently resides in Walhalla, North Dakota where he was raised. He served as a superintendent in five districts in three different states. The districts in North Dakota included Grafton, Dickinson and North Border. In 2018, Dr. Stremick was named the North Dakota Superintendent of the year.
Mr. Jack Maus currently resides in Grafton and is in the midst of his 43rd year as a K–12 North Dakota educator. He spent 10 years as a teacher, coach and principal in New Leipzig. He served as a principal and superintendent in Hatton for 18 years, the last 4 as a shared superintendent position with Northwood. Maus served as superintenden

Maus served as superintendent at Grafton for 11 years before retiring and accepting a part-time superintendent position at St. Thomas. In 2016 Mr. Maus was named the North Dakota Superintendent of Year.
Dr. Mike Bitz is currently completing his 33rd year as a North Dakota educator. He has served as the chief school administrator in five ND school districts; Emerado, Milnor, North Sargent, Hillsboro, and Mandan. He is the current president of the North Dakota Association of School Administrators and was named the 2020 North Dakota Superintendent of the Year.
Mrs. Nancy Bollingberg retired in 2020 with 32 years in education as a Teacher, Technology Coordinator and Administrator for three North Dakota school districts: Dunseith, Towner and Fessenden-Bowdon. She has served as Superintendent of the Fessenden-Bowdon School for the past 8 years. She received her Masters in Educational Leadership from North Dakota State University.
Mike is currently in his 40th year of service in public education as a teacher and administrator. As a high school principal, Mike served in three districts, Garrison, Dickinson and Bismarck, over a span of sixteen years. His last four years in public education were as Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Schools in Bismarck, North Dak
Mike is currently in his 40th year of service in public education as a teacher and administrator. His last four years in public education were as Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Schools in Bismarck, North Dakota. After retiring from Bismarck Public Schools, he was the North Dakota Cognia State Director and spent two years at Christ the King Catholic Elementary School in Mandan. He currently serves as the Executive Director or North Dakota Small Organized Schools and is the Burleigh and Morton County Superintendent of Schools.
